Return of good quality goods

You can refuse the Goods of good quality when selling according to samples from our representative at any time before the transfer of the Goods to you, subject to reimbursement of expenses incurred by the company in connection with the performance of actions to fulfill the Agreement. The refund of funds paid for the Goods in full is carried out no later than 10 days from the date of presentation of the relevant demand by the Buyer (Article 22 of the Federal Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights").

When purchasing the Goods remotely, you have the right to refuse the Goods at any time before its transfer to the delivery service, and after the transfer of the Goods - within 7 (seven) days, in the manner and under the conditions provided for by the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights", Government Decree RF dated September 27, 2007 No. 612. Refund of funds paid for the Goods, minus the Seller's expenses (the price of delivery of the goods is charged according to the check issued by the courier service, as well as 20% of the price of the goods on account of partial payment of production costs), is carried out no later than 10 days from the date of presentation of the relevant requirement (Article 22 of the Federal Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights").

Goods of good quality made according to the individual order of the buyer are not subject to exchange and return!

If the buyer refuses the goods of good quality, the cost of shipping the goods and sending it back is not refundable.


Replacement and return of goods of inadequate quality


If you received a product of inadequate quality (having factory or mechanical defects), you have the right to return the product or demand a replacement for a similar product.

Upon receipt of the Goods of inadequate quality and the desire to replace the Goods with a similar one of good quality, you need to write a free-form application to our mail hodo.masks@gmail.com with the provision of photo / video materials confirming the presence of defects. The Buyer's requirement to eliminate the defects of the Goods, which were not specified by the Seller, shall be satisfied within 45 (forty-five) days from the date of receipt by the Seller of the specified requirement, unless other terms of delivery of the Goods, due to the peculiarities of the geographical location of the Omsk region, are not established by agreement of the Parties.

We reserve the right, at our own expense, to request an expert opinion that the defect occurred before the transfer of the goods to the consumer or for reasons that arose after that moment. If, as a result of the examination, it is established that the defects of the goods arose due to circumstances for which the seller is not responsible, the Buyer will be obliged to reimburse the costs of the examination, as well as the costs associated with the storage and transportation of the goods. The conclusion of the examination can be challenged in court.


Return policy


The return of the Goods is made on the basis of the relevant official statement of the buyer's refusal from the Goods and the return of the amount paid for such Goods. The refund of funds paid for the Goods, minus the costs of the Seller, is carried out no later than 10 days from the date of presentation of the relevant request (Article 22 of the Federal Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights").


Refund



The amount paid for the goods is returned in the same way as it was paid. To return money for the Goods paid for in cash, you must present:

cashier's check;

the passport.

To return money for the Goods paid for by a bank card, you must present:

cash receipt

bank card or login of your PayPal wallet with which the payment was made data specified by you in the order (name, surname)

No cash refund will be made without presenting a passport.
